We are seeking a driven Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of marketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to hustle in a dynamic environment.

This role requires hands-on experience in operations management, social media marketing, and a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns in the B2B sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Social Media Marketing Management: Lead social media marketing efforts targeted at B2B audiences, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis across relevant platforms.

- Content Creation and Copywriting: Leverage your writing skills to create compelling marketing materials for B2B audiences, including website content, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.

- Implement Marketing Strategies: Utilize your expertise to contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans tailored to B2B audiences, aligning with business objectives.

- Operations Management: Take charge of the operational aspects of a marketing function, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to timelines, cross-functional tracker maintenance and effective resource management.

- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating insights and reports to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.

- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Demonstrated hustle mentality and resourcefulness in problem-solving.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Creative thinking and a passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
