Key Responsibilities

•    Manage quote and order queue efficiently and professionally to move sales.
•    Distribute web cabs and PO’s (faxes) daily.
•    Distribute customer feedback requests.
•    Compile sales metrics and distribute to the team.
•    Monitor Avaya in manager’s absence to ensure proper coverage and adherence.
•    Handle customer escalations.
•    Supervise, train, motivate and coach team, encouraging employees to meet full potential.
•    Performs other duties as assigned.

Competencies and skills

•    Previous call center experience preferred.
•    Previous sales experience preferred.
•    Typing and/or data entry skills.
•    Strong verbal and written communications skills.
•    Strong problem resolution and reasoning abilities.
•    Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required.
•    Excellent PC skills required in MS Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.
•    Strong leadership skills are vital.
