- Manage working capital clients under Small Enterprise Group Segment (Turn over from 10 crores to 300 Crores).

- Sourcing of new to bank accounts through various channels and enhance the portfolio based on customer requirement.

- Skills in CAM Preparation, Balance Sheet Analysis, Financial ratios, Security documentation and Scrutiny of security documents.

- Interaction with the credit and ops team for sanction of fresh/renewals proposals and limit updation.

- Credit Management & Housekeeping: CAM preparations and timely renewals, obtaining and closing deferrals, plant and site visits and preparation of call memos, obtaining and deciphering stock statements, quarterly results, insurance and cross sell of bank products.

5. Credit Management and Housekeeping: Manage the credit portfolio effectively by preparing CAMs and ensuring timely renewals. Handle deferrals, conduct plant and site visits, and prepare call memos as part of credit risk management. Obtain and interpret stock statements, quarterly results, and insurance documents. Cross-sell bank products to clients as appropriate to enhance the relationship and meet their financial needs. Overall, this role requires a combination of financial analysis skills, relationship management abilities, and coordination with internal teams to effectively manage working capital clients within the specified segment while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
