It supplies products across all segments and geographies. Some of its prestigious clients include IBM, Hyatt, ITC Hotels, The Oberoi Group, among others. It has an annual turnover of hundreds of Crores and is headed by an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

As a HR Head, you will be responsible for shaping the organisations Human Resources strategies and initiatives.

What you will do:

- Collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and support its growth.

- Working with the existing Performance Management system and digital HR tools to optimize HR processes and drive efficiency in talent management.

- Adapting to the existing digital HR tools and processes and providing necessary training and support to employees in leveraging them effectively.

- Developing a strong middle management roster for the company, identifying high-potential individuals who can be groomed for future leadership positions.

- Implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals in the manufacturing industry.

- Leading and mentoring a junior HR resource, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.

- Handling employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a harmonious work environment.

- Overseeing the design and execution of training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.

- Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards across all HR practices.

- Continuously monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

What you need to have:

- Master's degree in Management, Human Resources Mgt or Social Work preferred. Candidates with exceptional work experience who have a Bachelor's Degree can be considered

- Proven experience of 15 to 18 years in a senior HR role, with significant exposure to the manufacturing industry.

- Provide leadership and guidance to two direct reportees, one with an MBA and the other with a graduate degree, both having 4-5 years of work experience.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work closely with the CEO and senior management team.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide employees at all levels.

- Experience in successfully managing and implementing Performance Management systems and digital HR tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.

- Prior experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and leadership development.

- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

- Demonstrated capability in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.

- Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future HR needs of the organization.

- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
