Lead/Sr. Manager- Sales & BD (Vaccines Ingredients)

We are actively seeking a Lead/Senior Manager in Sales and Business Development, specializing in Vaccine Ingredients for our prominent API manufacturing client based in Delhi.The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record in international sales and a successful history of expanding market presence for vaccine ingredients in the US and European regions.

About Our Client:

Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, specializes in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), intermediates, and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services. It has expanded its presence across the globe with key export markets being Europe, Japan, Russia, South and Central America, ASEAN, Asia, and MENA regions. As part of their strategic expansion, they have recently ventured into the Vaccine Business division, aiming to make significant contributions to the international vaccine market.

Position Overview:

As the Lead/Sr. Manager- Sales & BD, you will be instrumental in driving sales and business development efforts in the vaccine ingredients export market, focusing on the USA and Europe. Your role will involve creating and executing strategies to penetrate the international vaccine market and expand their product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop sales strategies for the market entry and expansion of our vaccine portfolio.

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and distribution channels to enhance market reach.

- Manage teams effectively, set targets, and ensure objectives are met.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and effective market positioning for vaccine products.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of trends and opportunities.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and forecasts to provide insights into market dynamics and performance.

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in sales and business development within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Vaccine, Nucleotides, CAP, Lipids, LNPs, mRNA, Enzymes, Biologics, Oligo, or Oligonucleotides.

- Strong understanding of the vaccine market, regulations, and industry trends.

- Experience in market expansion/export of vaccine products in the USA and Europe. - Preferably from companies manufacturing vaccine ingredients.

- Demonstrated success in international sales and business development.
