PRE-REQUISITES ï· SIEBEL experience is required with development delivery in at least two out of three key functions: ï· Siebel Core âProducts, Activities, Accounts, Contacts, Pricing. ï· Service â Service Request ï· Order Management â Quotes, Service Order Management, Products/Pricing, Agreements ï· Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM Configuration; Business Components, Views, Applets, Roles & Responsibilities, Workflow, eScript. ï· Experience with event driven Configuration, such as Workflow Policies and Run -time Events. ï· Experience with EAI Integrations, Business Services, Web Services, Scripting, Configuration ï· Experience with EIM/ data conversion activities ï· Experience with Siebel Administration, production support, system maintenance and upgrades ï· Good understanding of the Oracle database, networking and UNIX especially Sun Solaris ï· Should possess excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers ï· Deep technical and functional experience on Siebel 7 and/or 8 offerings ï· Deep knowledge in implementation of best practices and apply in a real-world setting ï· Hands on experience of Siebel on Solaris 8/9/10 environment ï· Must have proficiency in database (Oracle 9i / 10g) ï· Experience with full life cycle implementation project.

RESPONSIBILITIES ï· Resolving key issues with Siebel Server components ï· Will assist in delivering of high quality solutions in response to specific business requirements and performs assigned technical tasks including ï· Impact analysis of changes on the Siebel application Technical design of upcoming Siebel projects ï· Siebel patch/product installation ï· Work with Siebel tools (configuration and scripting) to analyze and implement a customer solution ï· Work on SQL queries to build reports as requested ï· Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned ï· Any additional task given to the incumbent from time-to-time based on business needs

What will make you a good fit for the role?

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION ï· Siebel 7.X/8.X certified is preferable

EXPERIENCE ï· 2 â 5 years of progressive and relevant experience ï· Managed Service Provider â SOC/NOC Business Exposure ï· Telecom/OSS/BSS/Networking

EDUCATION ï· BS / MS Graduate

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS ï· Experience working with different Siebel applications and database tools ï· Experience with UNIX scripting ï· Experience with documenting system specifications, operating procedures, installation instructions and other system-related information ï· Self-driven and motivated to achieve success ï· Must have good judgment and excellent communication and inter-personal skills ï· Ability to work effectively with internal clients.
