Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.

Experience: 5+ years

Required Skills : Relevant Appain of more than 3+ years with Appian L1 & L2 certification

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications

Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required

Understand the differences between REST, SOAP and the basic design principles in integrating to Web Services

Works with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse

Building critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components in Java

Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other COTS products

Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements

Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models

Additionally, must be:

Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified

Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers

Knowledge of at least one major programming language

Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms

Should have done multiple integrations with external systems

Ability to scope Appian Projects

"Appian Certified Team Lead with hands on knowledge. Ability to gather requirements from business and map it to Appian technical requirements. Good knowledge of the Appian product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment. Experience in Appian integration connectors CMIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, SIEBEL. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Production deployment package creation with documentation. Skills: Knowledge of Agile Process Hands on experience with Java for writing plugins for Appian Ability to work within a diverse team environment. The role requires some after-hours interaction with team. Participate in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings.
