- Supporting immigration manager with Global immigration projects
- Providing guidance on immigration applications for visas, work permit, immigration related paperwork and timelines
- Conducting interviews with applicants to determine eligibility for visas or other immigration benefits.
- Answering immigration related queries and clarifications
- Maintaining records of employees in HRIS system
- Coordinating with the immigration vendors to secure visa, work permit for GSK employees
- Prepare work instructions for immigration processes.
- Implement and govern the Right to work checks for all relocating employees and active assignees globally.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient processing of immigration applications.
- Training staff on immigration laws and procedures, as well as providing guidance on how to handle specific cases.
What do we need?
- Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience in Global Immigration operations and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration) or related fields.
- Expertise with immigration for EU countries and USA is a must
- Excellent communication skills & command of English (Mandatory)
- Expertise of foreign languages – Spanish, German, Italian, French will be an addon
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with immigration portals and vendor applications.
- Passion to learn and grow.
- Responsible and motivated to give your best.
- Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to accomplish results.
