Overview

As we continue to grow our operations in India, we are seeking a dedicated Paralegal or Junior Attorney to join our legal team and support our immigration case management and contract review processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in immigration case management and contract review within our legal department. The ideal

candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and has prior experience working in a legal environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, gain exposure to various legal aspects of our business, and contribute to the

success of our organization.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough review and analysis of immigration cases, including visa applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and filing immigration-related documents with relevant government agencies.
  • Communicate with employees, external legal counsel, and government authorities to gather necessary information and updates on immigration matters.
  • Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify potential risks and liabilities in contracts and provide recommendations for mitigating such risks.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the timely and efficient resolution of legal issues and matters.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Prior experience working in a legal environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
