THE ROLE -

As an SDR, you will be the frontline representative, responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers. You are expected to own building the sales pipeline through channels to support the revenue goals of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage with potential customers.

- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research to gather information about prospects and understand their pain points.

- Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through multiple touchpoints to educate them about our value proposition and build relationships. Understand their challenges and needs to position company as a solution.

- CRM Hygiene Management: Enter accurate and up-to-date information about leads, activities, and interactions into the CRM. Track progress and update sales opportunities accordingly.

- Deal Closure Push: Partner with sales to navigate through the internal red tape of the prospect and build multiple champions to bring the deal home.

- Tools Expertise: Hubspot, MailChimp, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other ABM-Outbound Tools.

QUALIFICATIONS -

- Demonstrated results-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes.

- 3+ years in B2B SaaS in the inside sales function/SDR.

- Experience of having worked in the US market is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects effectively. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in selling SAAS products.

- Experience with CRM and sales tools is considered a plus.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen listening ability.
