Job Description:

We are looking for a Global IT Program Manager Lead who can oversee and mentor a team of program/project managers. As the Global IT Program Manager Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring program/project standards are used on strategic programs to help promote quality, timeliness, and alignment of the project outcomes with the organizational goals. Communication is a top priority to ensure global functions are well informed, and all parties are actively engaged.

The manager will report to the office of the CIO.

What youâll do:

  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to the project managers on their project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Allocate and optimize the project budget, schedule, and resources across the project portfolio
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and partners, on the project portfolio status, progress, and performance
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project portfolio risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with the project portfolio governance, policies, and standards
  • People management.
  • Managing the business operations of team in India
  • Working with India leaders to plan and execute training and employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain project management tools and methodologies
  • Ensure timely and accurate status reporting
  • Onboard external program / project management resources
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified program / project management resources
  • Recruit, train, and retain project management talent
     

What you need to bring:

  • Master's Degree, preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years of experience in leading project management teams
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
