GTS India Strategy and Planning

Technology India is looking for a seasoned professional for the Strategy and Planning team in India. This role will work closely with India head for Strategy and Planning office to execute the strategy for function in the region. The candiate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience with part of experience in management consulting or similar role preferably covering financial services with Bachelor's degree in technology and MBA from premier Institute Core/Must have skills Good Experience in program execution and related topics such as workforce, talent, capability and global delivery models Ability to create executive-level presentations with experience in writtenmunications for executive reviews Ability to demonstrate strategic mindset by analyzing data and presenting it a manner that satisfies needs of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management Hands on experience in driving large organization programs such as university outreach program, delivery optimization etc across multiple portfolios Experience in managing strategy and program office of CIO is a plus Proficient in independently defining and implementing strategy with mastery of both written and oralmunication and be able to negotiate and handle difficult situations effectively Must be analytical in problem-solving and decision-making and befortable in defining and implementing data driven decision-making processes Ovees obstacles by self-identifying alternatives, developing useful multiple alternative solutions concurrently, and converging on a selected alternative once obstacle has been cleared Drive and assist to successfully execute the priorities and a variety of initiatives defined for the business unit Strong analytical background, with a keen inclination to solve problems. Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, tableau, SharePoint) Strongmunications skills, written and verbal. Very good presentation skills.
