The product offers a secure end to end payment processing by bringing together Point of Sale, integrated payments and acquiring into one complete service. It has a capability of handling funds, managing charges & settlement across multiple currencies and caters to Merchants from multiple geographies. It services both SMB as well as Enterprise level merchants. This is a highly scalable platform that handles millions of transactions per day.What you will be doing

  - Developing and maintaining automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing using QA automation frameworks like Karate, TestNG, and Apache JMeter.

  - Collaborating with development teams to understand software requirements and design appropriate test cases and scenarios.

  - Implementing and executing automated tests for REST APIs built on Java 8 and Spring Boot, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards.

  - Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.

  - Analyzing test results and identifying defects or areas for improvement, working closely with developers to resolve issues.

  - Contributing to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies, including test strategy, planning, and execution.

What you bring

  - Strong proficiency in Java 8 programming language, with experience in developing REST APIs using Spring Boot framework.

  - Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience in QA automation using frameworks like Karate, TestNG, or similar.

  - Proficiency in writing and executing automated tests for web services and APIs, including functional and integration testing.

  - Familiarity with performance testing tools like Apache JMeter, including scripting, execution, and result analysis.

  - Basic knowledge of Oracle database concepts and SQL queries for data validation and verification.

  - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas of improvement.

  - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  - Proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies and tools in the field of software testing and automation.
