Job Title: Business Developement - Lead Generation (Sales and Marketing)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team

as a Fresher/Intern, focusing primarily on lead generation. This role is ideal for someone

who is passionate about sales and marketing and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced

environment. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying

and qualifying potential leads to support our business growth objectives.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social

media, and networking events to identify and generate new leads.

2. Research: Conduct market research to identify potential target industries, companies,

and decision-makers.

3. Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our ideal

customer profile.

4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and

interactions in the CRM system.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for

lead generation and conversion.

6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics

and outcomes.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging

technologies in sales and marketing.


Qualifications:

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business

Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability

to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and

establish relationships with potential clients.

4. Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve

targets.

5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly

to changing priorities and requirements.

6. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a

plus.

7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and

contribute to a positive work environment.
