Key responsibilities include:

1. Talent Cultivation:

- Source, engage, and bring onboard top-tier talent through innovative and strategic recruitment processes.

- Collaborate with teams to identify high-potential individuals and develop plans for their growth within the organization.

2. Culture Enhancement:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees thrive.

- Initiate and lead initiatives that contribute to a vibrant company culture.

3. Process Innovation:

- Showcase your knack for setting up and refining HR processes.

- Drive efficiency by introducing creative solutions and improvements.

4. Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes that motivate and drive excellence.

- Work closely with managers to identify and nurture talent at all levels.

5. Communication Excellence:

- Present information with flair and clarity.

- Engage with employees, managers, and leadership through effective communication strategies.

Successful candidate:

- 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational setting.

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School with an emphasis on HR or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully growing and enhancing HR functions.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
