Requirements:• Operational Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational processes and achieve business objectives.• Identify opportunities for improvement in workflow, resource allocation, and quality control to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.• Sales Leadership and Management: Lead the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to both the operations and sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.• Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to streamline processes and optimize performance.• Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction: Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and design excellence in all projects.• Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the luxury interior design industry.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.• Minimum 8-10 years of combined experience in operations management and sales, preferably within the luxury interior design or related industry.• Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
