The Role:

We are seeking a Director /Vice President of Business Operations who will be a seasoned, high-performing technology business executive with a proven track record of leading all aspects of an organization, including engineering, products, SRE, People Operations, and corporate admin functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the key business operations metrics and drivers for the COE.

- Responsible for People Operations, IT, Finance, Administration, Products, Engineering and Operations.

- Responsible for profitability through performance management and process improvement.

- Ensure bottom-line results, anchoring strategic and tactical initiatives aligned with business plans.

- Building up the company's annual operating plan with the COO/CFO.

- Prepare budgets for the COE

- Financial and operational reporting. monthly, quarterly, annually.

- Achieve the Company's EBIDTA goal consistent with the company's annual operating plan.

- Execution of Annual Operating Plan with daily managerial rigor

- Partner with Technology/Product Unit functions to bring in more efficiency.

- Enable organization-wide analytics supporting capacity and utilization of resources.

- Drive efficiency through technology directors and tools

- People engagement of a tea.m size of 350 people with a growth trajectory of 350 people in 2 years.

- Representing the organization's capabilities to important external stakeholders.

- Partner with HR to increase employee satisfaction.

Skills Required:

- Proficient in utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.

- Ability to leverage industry relationships.

- Must have worked in the operations of a technology company

- Must have experience in industry-standard management metrics and ISO/CMMi processes.

- Strong technology focus / understanding implementation skills to enable technology as a key business enabler.

- Ability to drive change in a rapidly growing business is essential.

- Must be Business Execution oriented (We need examples of projects or initiatives done in the assessment note)

- Must be People-centric with sharp business acumen.

- Knowledge of cloud service providers AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI and services provided is preferred.

- Demonstration of planning, coordination, communication, and support to the organization in RFP responses

Qualifications & Experience:

- Engineer or a Science or Commerce graduate

- Experiential knowledge of computer operations and applications

- A Management graduate from a well-credentialed University preferably an management degree from a good business school with about 15-20 years of industry experience in an operating role
