NA Position Purpose

·       Tech expert, global referent for BSU teams and champions

·       SPOC for the IT and the legacy

·       Responsible for the portfolio management of one solution or more

·       Lead the implementation phase of the project

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Promote the Digital technologies (Like RPA, Combo, AI solutions etc) Define the best solutions for business process improvements

·       Ensure that project commitments are clearly defined and in line with the strategy and the priority defined the Management

Lead the implementation of the digital solutions Provide expertise support to BSU or any other project stakeholders

Contributing Responsibilities

•       Engage with to the central team of RPA and AI experts to develop industrialization  

•       Monitor the investments and savings related to the various initiatives

•       Extension of the PCE role to manage end-to-end project

•       Ensure synergies created by the D&I program are reported, tracked and accounted as per on-going official efficiency plan requirements Technical & Behavioral Competencies

§ Working knowledge in differenent digital automation solutions like RPA (Blueprism), AI

§ Organization, project management methodologies and tools

§ Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Project Management is required

§ In-depth transversal knowledge of Securities Services activities - essential to identify issues and propose relevant approaches, as well as to detect best replicable practices

§ Change agent, oriented towards achieving results and demonstrating innovative, enthusiastic, rigorous, organizational sense, empathy, listening capacity …
