Profile : Contracting Sales engineer
Job Summary:
He / She should have experience in HVAC systems, Chiller Plant room, Airside systems, Heating system etc.,
Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage
Strong in technical & a team player.
Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the HVAC market
Savvy on latest trends in the HVAC industry, handle tenders
Able to work independently and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Should have competition analysis knowledge.
Willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems.
Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales.
Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare, Data Centre, Pharma.
Travelling is Must for this role.
Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis.
Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure.
Good experience in the Assigned Market.
Products & solutions : Plant room retrofit / contracting sales, chiller and low side sales, Energy audit sales,
Qualifications:
· Experience: 5+ Years
· Must have a proven track record of developing and closing new business.
· Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
· Region Handling – West, based out of Mumbai / south – based out of Hyderabad / North & East– based out of Gurugram.
· Education Qualification: Engineer (B.E/ B-Tech- Mechanical/Electrical/ Energy)
Proficient in AutoCAD.
BEE- CEM/CEA is an added advantage
