Customer Support Executive - Voice

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc. via phone calls
Answer customer queries and manage customer expectations through interactions via phone calls.
Provide effective customer service such as handling customer queries, complaints, and questions.
Maintain high standards of customer relations.

Requirements

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Must be Customer Centric.
Must have Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
Any graduate

Experience:0-1 year of relevant experience.
