Job Title: Head of Marketing
Job Summary:

We believe that a successful company makes connections with its customers and creates long-lasting relationships. This is a full-time on-site role located in Verna, Goa. As Head of Marketing for SIVA Group, you will be responsible for:

- Devising & Deploying marketing strategies

- Managing the marketing team

- Creating & executing marketing campaigns to promote SIVA's products.

We're looking for a self-starting/self-managed professional who comes into work each day to deploy marketing strategies that successfully bridge-the-gap between SIVA's products & customers.

Reporting directly to top management, an ideal candidate should be an experienced professional specialising in B2B marketing. The objective of marketing is to generate leads, so a candidate who can structure + formalise + automate the marketing functions of SIVA Group, create & implement a marketing calendar of activities.

Job location: Verna, Goa, India

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Devise & deploy marketing strategies focussed on bridging gap between product & customer. Objective of marketing is to generate leads.

- Structure, Formalise & Automate the marketing functions. Creation of detailed marketing calendars.

- Creation of product pictures + product demo videos to enhance product perception

- Sample packs + brochures + flyers

- B2B LinkedIn marketing

- Proficient in content writing for press releases, blogs and product descriptions.

- Conduct jointly with sales teams, Webinars

- Potentially use AI to enhance marketing efforts

- Website updates with news/events/new products/datasheet uploads etc.

- Work with and direct the marketing team to achieve all of the above.

Candidate Profile:

- Needless to say, an ideal candidate should possess the any/all skills required to execute the Responsibilities & duties outlined above.

- Self-starting/Self-managed - very important. An ideal candidate does not have to be managed. Works independently once aligned with company vision.

- Expertise in Creative Content writing is must.

Qualification:

- Min. 8 years' experience in B2B Marketing with at least 3 years of experience in devising Marketing Strategy, its execution and result orientation using various tools.
