**Position Overview:**

As an Inside Sales Executive specializing in US Cloud Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the US market. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals for our cloud solutions portfolio. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and a proactive approach to sales.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' challenges and present tailored cloud solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our cloud solutions in the market.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support lead generation efforts and participate in marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other reports as required.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our cloud solutions and network with potential clients.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, understand their business needs, and propose relevant solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in selling cloud solutions or related IT services is highly desirable.
