- Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment and selection strategies and process to attract and hire the best candidates for various job positions in the organization.

- Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with employees to nurture a positive working environment.

- Oversee the development and implementation of employee engagement programs, handle employee grievances, and help resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

- Responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and developing training programs to meet those needs.

- Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.


- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with these laws and regulations, and monitor compliance to minimize legal risks to the organization.

- Responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems that align with the organization's goals and objectives in co-ordination with managers.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to gain insight into the business objectives and strategies associated with employee relations, recruitment, retention, training programs, and company culture.

- Oversee or administer human resources programs, including benefits, compensation, disciplinary issues, leave, the investigation into disputes, talent and performance management, morale and recognition, workplace health and safety, development etc.
