Area Sales Manager (CV & CE)


Hiring for a Leading Bank

Role - Area Sales Manager (CV & CE)

Location - Mysuru, Bengaluru, Mandya, Shimoga

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the CV & CE segment.

2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.

3. Provide training and guidance to sales team members to improve their performance.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling CV & CE products.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the CV & CE industry.

4. Strong leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. Experience in managing a sales team in the CV & CE industry.

3. Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in the assigned territory.
