JobDescription: We are on thelookout for a highly motivated and seasoned Area Sales Manager tolead our sales initiatives in Bangalore. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for overseeing sales operations driving revenuegrowth and leading a team towards achieving exceptional salesresults in the medical aesthetics and cosmetic proceduressector.
KeyResponsibilities: 1. SalesOperations Management: Oversee and manage sales operations ensuringefficiency and effectiveness in meeting businessgoals.2. Market Analysis and Strategy:Analyze market trends in the healthcare and wellness industryparticularly focusing on medical aesthetics and cosmetic proceduresto identify growth opportunities and develop strategic salesplans.3. Team Leadership and Development:Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals fostering aculture of excellence and achievement.4.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients ensuring a high level of customersatisfaction and repeat business.5.Performance Monitoring: Regularly track sales performance againsttargets implementing necessary strategies forimprovement.6. Training and Compliance:Ensure the team is welltrained on product knowledge and compliantwith industry standards and regulations.7.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with otherdepartments including marketing and customer service to ensure acohesive approach to businessgrowth.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager preferably in thehealthcare wellness or related industry.Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting orexceeding targets. Excellent leadership andteam management skills. Indepth knowledge ofthe medical aesthetics and cosmetic proceduresmarket. Outstanding communication andinterpersonal abilities. Ability to analyzemarket trends and develop effective salesstrategies. Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing Health Sciences or a related field ispreferred.
