Profile Description

Selected candidate will play a vital role in establishing and supporting sales relationship with clients and prospects for assigned line of products.

 

She/he will work closely with the sales team to develop solutions by mapping CRIF High Mark’s product capabilities to meet client needs and set mutually understood and accepted expectations to ensure client satisfaction.

 

The role is based out of Mumbai and requires travel as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and aid sales team to identify and close large sales opportunities with the right solutions using CRIF High Mark’s product portfolio.
  • Understand CRIF High Mark’s product offerings and develop a differentiated story vis-à-vis competitors by highlighting key value proposition.
  • Build compelling lender level use cases and provide statistical evidence to support the inferences
  • Interact with customers at regular intervals to collect feedback and ensure proper product usage for customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions to meet customer satisfactions levels.
  • Create use case-based sales pitches, derive inferences from aggregated data and identify business opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of latest market trends and use them to redefine product offerings wherever possible.

 

Desired / Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in business administration / Analytics / Product Management or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales / presales to banking, insurance or telecom clients. Understanding of end customer lifecycle for these segments is preferred.
  • Strong analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advances programming skills; proficiency with statistical languages such as R; experience using other programming and data manipulation languages (SQL, Hive, Pig, Python, C/C++, Java) will be an added advantage.
  • High level of familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Experience with modern “big data” frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Cloud) will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organisations.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills with ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced and matrixed environment across multiple functions.
  • Exposure to credit bureau solutions in India will be an added advantage.
  • Conceptualize, design and roll out product campaigns, webinars and events of CRIF Highmark
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
