Job Description:

Join FPS JOBS PVT LTD as a Telecaller in Mumbai. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, provide customer care services, and address their inquiries and concerns. You will be the voice of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are crucial for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers over the phone and provide customer care services

- Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information

- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner

- Follow company guidelines and scripts for consistent service delivery

- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate and updated records

- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer cases

- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators


Requirements:

- Graduation degree or equivalent education

- Good communication skills in English and/or local languages

- Customer-centric mindset and ability to empathize with customers

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Basic computer literacy and ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Prior experience in customer care or telecalling is preferred
