Role Overview:

  • The Manager - HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) Sales will drive sales and business development for the organization’s cutlery products within the HORECA segment.
  • The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the HORECA segment, preferably within the cutlery, tableware, or related industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA industry and its sales dynamics.

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events


  • CTC- Up to 10 LPA
