Role: RPA Platform Infrastructure Admin

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Indore

Experience: 7-15 Years

Notice Period: 15 Days maximum


Job Description:

• At least 4-5 years’ experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platform as administrator

• Administrative experience in any Virtualization or Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA is must

• Azure experience is mandate

• Responsible to work towards achieving the SLA metrics and align with business

• Experience is monitoring the Robots and raise Incidents for process failures based on the process criticality

• Should have experience in troubleshooting, resolving RPA Environmental issues that arises

• Should have experience in Managing users and License

• Should have experience in resolving Active directory, Credential vaults and Third party applications related issues

• Should have experience in SQL Db related troubleshooting in the RPA platform

• Experience in handling Bot failures and perform RCA

• Knowledge of creating, assigning roles and account creation for RPA users in Control room.

• Responsible to build and propose transformational RPA services to customers, identify triggers, identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customers

• Experience in hosting and upgrading RPA products for customers

• Coordinated and worked with RPA Product support and cloud partners for technical solutions

• Participant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetings

• Support for bot enhancements for successful runs

Who can setup RPA infrastructure any tool like UiPath , Blue prism and Automation anywhere infra setup experience.
