Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Campaigns and Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage communications to our entire candidate database and oversee digital marketing efforts for a specific vertical. This role is critical in enhancing candidate engagement, satisfaction, and retention, while also driving the digital presence of the designated vertical.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Lifecycle Management:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy.
  • Identify key touchpoints and craft appropriate messaging for different stages of the candidate journey.
  • Determine optimal timelines and frequency for communications to maximize engagement and retention.


Campaign Management:


  • Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns targeting candidates.
  • Segment the candidate database to personalize and tailor communications.
  • Utilize various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to deliver messages effectively.


Content Creation:


  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for different campaign needs.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Apna’s brand voice and resonates with our target audience.


Digital Marketing:


  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies specifically for the designated vertical to increase its visibility and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts and create content that drives engagement and attracts new users for the vertical.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics for the vertical and optimize campaigns based on insights.


Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze campaign and digital marketing performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.


Collaboration and Coordination:


  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive communication and digital marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with the client-facing team to align candidate communications with client needs and demands.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in campaign management, customer lifecycle management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other performance measurement techniques.


Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with the hiring/recruitment industry.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and other communication tools
  • Knowledge of segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
