Campaign Specialist

Help fuel growth and drive transformation in demand generation at Calix. The campaign specialist will be responsible driving end-to-end campaign design, implementation, and optimization. S/he will work closely product marketing, sales to create campaigns to define objectives, understand and inform buyer personas, and create campaigns that meet and exceed business objectives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer acquisition and data-driven marketing and who wants to discover and optimize new ways to engage with customers and prospects

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collect and pull campaign data for executive presentations under the guidance and alignment with demand generation strategists.
  • Perform campaign data analysis and quality control to verify campaign requirements and goals were met.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and interpret requests into campaign metrics.
  • Develop project timelines/roadmaps and negotiate priorities for various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and other key contributing team members.
  • Work closely with functional managers to deliver against team and company goals.
  • Develop and maintain tools, processes, and reliable data.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and analytics teams to confirm campaign reporting/tracking objectives.
  • Maintain proactive and responsive communications with leadership and partners through project and activity status reports, and escalations.
  • Own tracking of key measurement through use of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot and Task Ray while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
  • Campaign Performance and Analytics to refine the campaigns further

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Demand generation and campaign planning for telecom and B2B solutions; product marketing experience a plus.
  • Fair understanding of marketing and analytic tools - especially the Salesforce suite.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably in demand generation.
  • Understand the concept of a buyer's journey with marketing content and channels for each stage.
  • Strong individual contributor with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Team Orientation - Willingness and ability to work in close collaboration with others to reach goals, and subordinate personnel agendas and recognize team performance.
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn what makes the demand generation engine hum—and discover ways to make it run faster, better, stronger.
  • Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can crop up.

  • Predictive Analytics, preferably Power BI/Tableau/SPSS
  • Proficient in MS Excel
