In this role, you will support our AMS field and partner marketing teams by setting up and executing campaigns in Marketo and collaborating with the team to ensure campaigns are well-designed and deliver results. What you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with the campaign operations manager to understand and meet program requirements and objectivesCreate programs in Marketo and SFDC, including campaign attributes and hierarchy structure, following our standard practices to ensure consistent reportingBuild targeted audience lists adhering to the company’s privacy and touch governance policiesProvide thoughtful and actionable post-project reporting for stakeholdersStandardize, cleanse, import, and verify dataflow for lists gathered from local events (tradeshows, seminars, etc.) and other sourcesEffectively communicate and manage your projects, timelines, processes, and resultsWork on Marketing Operations optimization projectsWork during AMS hoursWhat you’ll bring:
1-4 years of hands-on knowledge in Excel, Marketo, and Salesforce.comAbility to work flexible shifts per business requirementsPassion for continuous improvement and learning, as well as for tracking and measuring the impact our marketing efforts have on the businessAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentHighly effective verbal and written communication skillsBachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or EE requiredMaster’s degree in CS, CE, or EE preferredWhat success looks like:
