Job Description:

We are seeking an Amazon Growth Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our sales and visibility on Amazon. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, a proven track record of driving significant sales growth, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share on Amazon.
  • Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images, to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure products are always in stock.
  • Utilize Amazon’s promotional tools, such as Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Amazon Vine, to drive sales.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer reviews and feedback, and implement strategies to encourage positive reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the Amazon marketplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to achieve sales goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and growing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and PPC.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Amazon’s promotional tools and strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
