We are committed to helping businesses streamline their financial operations and achieve their goals through our innovative and efficient services.Role DescriptionClient management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing technical support and guidance to team members working under your team.Performance oversight: Set and monitor productivity and budget goals, ensuring accurate billing.Task management: Plan and delegate tasks effectively, offering technical support as needed.Quality assurance: Review work completed by team members to ensure it is error-free, professionally presented, and compliant with procedures.Tax return preparation: Prepare and review complex tax returns for various entities with minimal supervision.Compliance work: Perform and review compliance tasks.Management reports: Conduct in-depth analysis of management reports.Clients: Australia basedQualificationsBachelor degree in Commerce/Business with an emphasis in Accounting,CA/CPA/ACCA/CA (Inter)Understanding of the Corporations Act, relevant accounting standards, tax legislationKnowledge of Australian taxation legislation (highly regarded)Familiarity with Australian SMSF (Self-Managed Superannuation Fund) regulations (advantageous)Experience using Xero and Class software (advantageous)Excellent use of Office productsExperience - 3 to 5 years
