ABOUT THE ROLE BygC is looking for a Business Development Specialist, based at Bengaluru.


BygC is an early-stage EdTech Startup with a mission to bridge the skill gap in the BFSI industry & meet the career aspirations of both job & career aspirants.


As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building partnerships & generating business from educational institutions, offline coaching centres and other partnerships. The role also may have part team handling responsibilities. The role will require significant travel, both within the city & in neighboring districts.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan sales strategy & be responsible for setting and meeting aggressive business targets
  • Tie-up with potential business partners, colleges & coaching centres with a view to generate a constant pool of candidates for our courses
  • Make presentations to students/ candidates
  • Do marketing & promotional activities at colleges etc.
  • Achieve aggressive revenue targets


Qualifications:

  • Strong communications skills (English & Kannada)
  • Sales experience of minimum 2 years
  • Demonstrated ability to work in startups, with demanding business targets
