About Us:

Craft My Plate is a fast-growing food tech startup revolutionizing the bulk food delivery and catering industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic **HR Intern** to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in various HR functions and the chance to learn from an experienced team in a fast-paced environment. 


Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Assist in creating and managing job postings across platforms. 
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates. 
  • Support in refining hiring processes to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience. 


Onboarding:

  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 
  • Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records. 


Payroll & Compliance:

  • Support the HR team in managing payroll data and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. 
  • Assist in filing taxation and documentation for compliance purposes. 


General HR Support:

  • Address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed. 
  • Provide support for HR projects, events, and strategic initiatives led by the senior HR team. 


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in HR practices and processes. 
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (experience with HR software is a plus). 
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and learning-focused mindset.
