Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Cycle Manager Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and a proven track record in sales. This position is entirely bonus-based, offering significant earning potential for high performers.


Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client needs and provide tailored RCM solutions.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues.


Product Knowledge and Presentation:

Maintain a deep understanding of our RCM solutions and services.

Present and demonstrate the value of our solutions to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.

Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare revenue cycle management industry.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
