Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding the best talent and will play a crucial role in our company's growth by ensuring we attract and hire the most qualified candidates. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and other online recruitment tools.
