Let me tell you a bit more about the fantastic opportunity as our Social Media Executive?

Within this role you will be part of an award-winning team that leads, designs, develops and executes BT’s global talent acquisition strategy for current and future success. This is a great opportunity to work in partnership with the recruitment delivery teams, brand, marketing, and communications, to translate the current and future demands across all key hubs and locations in India into recruitment marketing strategies that are commercially sound and operationally deliver results. Your core focus will be India and you will have full support from the Talent Attraction team in the UK to help you deliver India specific recruitment and social campaigns.

Sound great so far? So, what will the role involve?

  • the recruitment marketing team to copywrite social content and possible basic video editing to support the recruitment marketing plans for the business.
  • user user-generated content be that blogs or videos, working collaboratively with our wider teams. To include copywriting for social media / website / social channels, communications, strategy, and planning
  • content calendar creation and execution. Measure success (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth).
  • plan and execute appropriate sourcing and marketing methods to attract the right volume of applicants across all roles.From cyclical campaigns (graduates, apprentices) through to always on (GBS) and professional (managerial and specialist).
  • with paid-social activity
  • in partnership with recruitment marketing agencies where appropriate in the delivery and execution of inbound and campaign activity.

What are we looking for in our Social Media & Recruitment Marketing Executive? You may have a variety of the below?;

Experience in recruitment marketing and talent attraction activities from campaigns to social media

Social media working experience is great, but attitude cannot be taught. A highly ambitious & proactive 'can-do' attitude is what we’re after. We can support with the rest. People focussed, creative, organised, able to prioritise workload, a real self-starter.

Experience in creating content for different channels and understanding their individual purpose – , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

Experience in scheduling content using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite or Content Cal.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) would be useful

An understanding of paid-social and how it integrates with the organic strategy.

An understanding of insights & reporting skills, be that Google Analytics, SF, Social Platforms or native data from each platform. Understand and report on the impact that posts are having.

Charismatic communicator in writing, spoken and verbally
