The contractor should be able to mobilize 75–100 skilled and unskilled manpower to execute major civil and structural works within stipulated timelines and quality standards.✅ Scope of Work1. Civil WorksCarpentry, bar bending, masonry, and helper teamsShuttering / Formwork: 275 Sqft (with provision for 50 Sqft extra)Steel Reinforcement: 7,500 MTConcrete PCC / RCC: 150 Cum(Concrete will be supplied and laid by boom placer)Note: There is no supply work involved. If any supply-related work arises, the following indicative labor supply rates will apply:Carpenter / Fitter / Mason – ₹650 / dayHelper – ₹450 / day2.
