The contractor should be able to mobilize 75–100 skilled and unskilled manpower to execute major civil and structural works within stipulated timelines and quality standards.✅ Scope of Work1. Civil WorksCarpentry, bar bending, masonry, and helper teamsShuttering / Formwork: 275 Sqft (with provision for 50 Sqft extra)Steel Reinforcement: 7,500 MTConcrete PCC / RCC: 150 Cum(Concrete will be supplied and laid by boom placer)Note: There is no supply work involved. If any supply-related work arises, the following indicative labor supply rates will apply:Carpenter / Fitter / Mason – ₹650 / dayHelper – ₹450 / day2. Structural WorksFabrication and erection of structural sheds after civil completionCoordination with site teams for sequencing of civil and structural activities📝 Key RequirementsContractor / Agency must be capable of mobilizing 75–100 workers (Carpenters, Bar benders, Masons, Helpers, etc.)Client gate pass norms are strict – All documents are mandatory:Police verification (Applied copy at minimum)PF & ESIC registrationBank passbook copy, ID proof, etc.Project Value: ₹10 Crore (progressive scope as work advances)Payment Terms:Monthly final payment based on progressWeekly cash advance for labor expenses (every Sunday)❌ No advance will be paid before reaching siteImmediate mobilization is required.📌 Preferred Qualifications & CapabilitiesProven track record in industrial civil / structural projects, ideally in cement plants or similar large-scale infrastructure.Strong workforce management and planning capabilities.Familiarity with safety protocols, client documentation, and gate pass procedures.Financial and administrative capacity to manage manpower deployment at scale.Availability of site supervisors / foremen for daily coordination.💰 Commercial TermsLabor rates will be finalized as per agreed BOQ / progressive billing.Weekly advances for manpower are provided to ensure smooth cash flow.No mobilization advance before arrival at site.📩 How to ApplyInterested Contractors / Agencies who can mobilize immediately and are prepared for a long-term partnership may contact us at: 📧 vishal.gedam1985@gmail.comPlease include the following in your response:Company profile / Contractor experienceAvailable manpower strengthPF / ESIC registration detailsTentative mobilization date
