We are seeking a skilled and experienced MSBI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack. The candidate should have a strong understanding of database concepts, data warehousing, ETL processes, and report development.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support MSBI solutions including SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI.
  • Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into the data warehouse.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of MSBI solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing appropriate data validation and cleansing techniques.


Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with ETL development using SSIS and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in SSAS Tabular modelling.
  • Experience in report development using Power BI using Complex DAX.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exposure to ADF, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and other Azure-related services would be beneficial.
