Job Title: Cybersecurity Practice HeadLocation: Gurgaon / Noida / HyderabadPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Practice Head to lead the strategic growth, service innovation, and go-to-market execution of our cybersecurity business. The role demands a seasoned leader with deep domain expertise, business acumen, and the ability to scale offerings and teams across markets and industries.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the Cybersecurity practice strategy aligned with company vision and market trends.Drive the practice P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.Shape a multi-year roadmap covering service portfolio, delivery excellence, and capability maturity.Represent cybersecurity thought leadership across internal and external forums.2. Offerings & PlaybooksDevelop and continuously evolve cybersecurity service offerings across:Cloud Security & Zero TrustApplication Security & DevSecOpsSecurity Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR)Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)GRC & Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.)Threat Intelligence & Incident ResponseBuild repeatable playbooks, solution templates, and accelerators for presales and delivery.Collaborate with product, delivery, and alliances teams to ensure market-relevant solutions.3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution4. Capability Development5. Business Growth & KPIsAccountable for annual revenue targets, pipeline growth, and win rates.Qualifications & Experience13 to 19 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in leadership or practice management roles. Presales and sales to clients in USA and EuropeProven track record in building and scaling cybersecurity businesses or practices.Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and enterprise architectures.Strong knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience in defining and executing GTM and partnership strategies.Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic thinking.Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent.
