We’re seeking an innovative and driven Account Director to join our team and take the lead in growing our clients' influencer marketing initiatives.


Job Overview:

As an Account Director at Cloutflow, you will be responsible for managing and growing key brand accounts by driving their influencer marketing strategy and spend. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance, strategic planning, and flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Your role is to ensure that clients achieve their marketing goals through impactful and creative influencer collaborations on our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned brand accounts, understanding their marketing objectives and building strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to each brand's unique needs and goals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer selection, contract negotiation, content approval, and performance tracking.
  • Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagement and grow their influencer marketing spend on the Cloutflow platform.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, providing clients with insightful reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, sales, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign delivery and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continually refine and enhance our influencer marketing offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within influencer marketing or digital advertising.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms, tools, and analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
