Job Description
Addtitans Digital is seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing CPL (Cost Per Lead) & Web campaigns for both Domestic and International markets.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering high-quality leads and meeting targets in diverse sectors such as BFSI, Real Estate, Test Drive/Automobile, Education, Nutra etc. for the Domestic Market, AND Home Improvement, Home Warranty, Debt, Loan, Nutra, CC Submit, SOI, DOI, Dating, and Auto-Insurance, etc. for the International Market.
Key Skills and Competencies Required:
- Campaign Management: Ability to design, implement, and manage multiple CPL campaigns simultaneously, ensuring maximum performance and ROI.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign results using various digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.).
- Relationship Management: Proven track record of maintaining positive relationships, understanding client needs, and exceeding expectations through successful campaign delivery.
- Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of various sectors such as BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Real Estate, Nutra (health and wellness products), Home Improvement, Debt Consolidation, Auto Insurance, and more.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate and adapt strategies for both domestic and international markets, catering to different regulations, audience behaviour, and industry dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager with a focus on CPL campaigns in both domestic and international markets.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering campaigns in verticals such as BFSI, Real Estate, Test Drive, Education, Nutra (Domestic) and Home Improvement, Home Warranty, Debt, Loan, Nutra, CC Submit, SOI, DOI, Dating, Auto-Insurance (International).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with publishers, internal teams and manage relationships.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to meet client goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2yrs of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing CPL & Web campaigns for international markets.
