Job Summary:

This key position is responsible for driving the development and implementation of our EdTech platform's user experience strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience in online learning environments and be able to develop and track key experience metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Development & Optimization

- Develop and implement a comprehensive user experience strategy for the EdTech platform.

- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement learner-centric enhancements.

- Monitor and report on key experience metrics such as NPS, learner engagement, and completion rates.

Project Management & Delivery

- Lead the implementation of platform upgrades, feature enhancements, and integrations.

- Define and execute a roadmap for continuous improvements in platform functionality.

- Work with engineering teams to prioritize platform bugs and feature requests.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects related to platform experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the liaison between product, engineering, customer success, content, and marketing teams.

- Partner with instructional designers and content teams to optimize course delivery formats.

- Work with support teams to analyze user feedback and implement improvements.

Technology Adoption & Innovation

- Stay up to date with emerging EdTech trends and technologies.

- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance the learner experience.

- Evaluate and manage third-party integrations to ensure seamless learning delivery.
