About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director for Pan India Affiliate Marketing to lead our sales team to new heights. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. You'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring a high performing team, analysing market trends, and collaborating across departments to meet and exceed targets.

You will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and an in-depth knowledge of mobile and web campaigns, including branding campaigns. Experience in BFSI and Gaming is a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategies as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external stakeholders
  • Secure campaign briefs per week through direct clients and agencies
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Negotiate briefs, onboard campaigns, handle reporting & follow-ups, generate invoices, and ensure payments
