Role Description:

A highly skilled professional with 12 - 15 years of experience in both operations and training, particularly within the luxury and BTL sector. The incumbent will oversee operational efficiencies while developing and delivering effective training programs to support team development and performance improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


• Design and execute training programs for teams across operations.

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure all operations adhere to the brand's luxury standards.

• Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate training sessions across different departments as and when required.

• Use data to drive decisions and improvements within the team and operations.


Educational Requirement-

• MBA in Sales/ HR or similar

• Graduate in Business Management or similar


Technical Skills

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.

• Familiarity with operational / Training tools and techniques for process

improvement


Requirements and Skills

• Strong background in operations management and training development

in the luxury segment.

• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple

tasks.

• Good understanding of luxury retail environments / BTL Brands.
