WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A self-motivated individual who will look to own and be accountable for a portfolio of Creative Production customer from a Finance, System, Reporting perspective & engage with various business stakeholders. They need to be able to work with Finance business partners & other member of the global finance teams on various initiatives and bring a positive mindset, enthusiasm and a willing to learn new things.

Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:


P&L / budget/ Forecasting

Prepare and deliver monthly detailed monthly operational P&L accounts and Balance sheets for various client accounts, flash reporting, variance analysis and commentary.

Carry out the detailed transactional review as part of the month end process taking responsibility for the respective P&Ls including preparing and posting journals, preparing accruals, prepayment, deferral journals and supporting documentation and schedules.

Carry out the month-end financial batch process and transactions, provide guidance, training where necessary to train other finance analyst / finance business partners.

Attend calls with EMEA client services and operational teams, talk through respective P&L with P&L owners and resolve any open questions.

Create budgets / forecasts in the Adaptive planning tool.

Audit

Assist in the audit process with the audit team and resolve queries with the finance partners / stakeholders to source relevant back up, journal detail, ageing analysis.

Reporting/ Analysis/ Reclass

Distribute monthly reports to various team members as part of the finance month end process for their client portfolios.

Prepare post month end revenue & cost ageing analysis and work with operational team to resolve these open items.

Assist, develop & produce the customer finance and operational reports with various stakeholder from monthly/ ad-hoc requests.

Perform resource reconciliation to ensure employees & new additions with correct P&L entity coding, resolve any coding issues that occur.

Creating accounting entries to reclass employees to relevant P&Ls within EMEA and other regions.

Implement new process to help streamline existing process that become inefficient.

Further monthly ad-hoc task when required.

Special Projects

Manage, own and work on special project that arise during the year across various finance and operations team globally.


GREAT TO HAVE

Should be well versed in MS Office applications especially MS Excel

Advanced MS Excel skills preferred.

Experience of Workday and Adaptive Insights preferred

Excellent communication skills (should be able to communicate well with UK, US, or APAC counterparts)

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Able to use own initiative.

Willing to be flexible with shift work.

Good collaborator/ Team player

Commerce graduate with intermediate pass of CA/CWA or MBA (Finance)


LOCATION

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.


TIMINGS

We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
