As a Financial Planning and Analysis team member, we’ll count on you to bring vision and voice to our growing decision support function. The key areas of focus for this role are:  Serving internal customers through meaningful analysis and actionable insights  Coming alongside executive leadership in supporting our growth by quickly diagnosing problems and proposing solutions The ideal candidate for this role has a healthy sense of entrepreneurialism, thrives on creating order and structure amid ambiguity, works well with others, and knows what it takes to scale a company fast while maintaining a laser focus on what’s best for our customers and our team.

What You’ll Do:

Create and distribute monthly reporting packages using both financial and operational based metrics while adhering to deadlines for both leadership and outside investors Assist in developing new business metrics that help drive business success Partner with Accounting to perform P&L variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast scenarios and communicate the forward-looking implications Support annual budgeting process with tools and templates with sensitivity to key milestones Create monthly forecasts (bookings, revenue, expense, capital and headcount) that incorporates current data and any relevant functional input where required Review results/variance analysis with department heads and assist with guiding them to meet their overall financial objectives Participate in the monthly close process on an as needed basis Produce ad-hoc analysis as required

What You Offer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics 2-4 years experience in a Financial Analyst role, including financial modeling and reporting in MS Excel (Salesforce, NetSuite, Data Warehouse) Experience working with different data sources SaaS, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) or Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) experience preferred Inherent curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo Understanding of GAAP and Accounting basics Experience in visual tools like PowerBI is a plus A wearer of multiple hats with a can-do attitude while operating in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & strong interpersonal skills Desire to proactively anticipate business needs Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work well within deadlines
